What is Goodbill?
We're a company that works with health plans and plan administrators to save money on hospital claims and bills. Plans and members save the most money when they involve you — the member. Our job is to make it easy.

Is any data I share safe and secure?
Yes. Your data is stored safely in distributed servers that are physically protected under lock and key. All your data is encrypted "at rest," which means while sitting in our database, and "in transit," which means when we send it between different parts of our product. We further encrypt your most sensitive data, like social security numbers, at the individual data point layer.
Access to your data is restricted to HIPAA-trained Goodbill staff on a “need to know” basis, accessible only through a multi-factor authenticated account or secure server-level access.
Why should I do this?
Because you may save so much you don't have to pay anything at all. Your plan may also even reward you for saving money and, in some instances, require your participation before processing your claim.
Why can't my insurance just pay the claim?
Your insurance is required, by law, to protect all money flowing through it, including your money, like your premium and your co-pays and deductibles. We provide this type of protection to make it possible for your insurance to exist and—hopefully—not get more expensive next year.
